The Durango Basketball is a program for student-athletes who want to enrich their athletic experience at one of the top public schools in the state of Nevada. At Durango High School we are dedicated academically, athletically and socially while teaching student- athletes about athletics and life to enhance their opportunity to attend the Colleges and/or Universities of their choice. 

The program is part of the NIAA (Nevada Interscholastic Athletic Association).Our mission is to provide an excellent education both academically and athletically and one that prepares student athletes for the finest colleges and universities by equipping them with the necessary tools on and off the court. This will be accomplished by creating a culture that demonstrates education, consistency, discipline and accountability. 

At Durango, we believe in teaching the fundamentals of basketball from the ground up. We are dedicated to preparing a successful, winning team that is a proud representative of the Durango community, the student athletes families, and the local Las Vegas Community.
